Here we are on another Hall of Fame vote for April and this time I have picked Batman star Michael Keaton.
He is my choice because I can remember the day Batman the movie came out. It was the next superhero movie that grabbed my attention and I was 10 at the time. This was rated a 12 and panic set in as I thought I wouldn’t get into the cinema to see. But I got in with my mum and her friend and son and watched it and didn’t move.
Then I get home that day absolutely buzzing with excitement and wanted to be Batman, then and my good friend Tony Called me and says “Hey Paul do you want to go see Batman with me tonight” so off we went for my second viewing in a day.
Keaton was an amazing Batman and loved the dark setting on the movies, the characters were great, the music was amazing and will never forget the happiness I had with a new superhero movie for me after seeing superman. I was still young so took all I could get.
