Last year I started taking a look every so often at things that were made by the fans of the fantastic DC Universe. Thinking recently I thought, why don’t we make more of a thing of this on DCWorld? The fans are the lifeblood of this website and our social media channels, and to show what they have been creating in the name of our passion is always a good thing to do. So, i’m going to try and make this a weekly/bi-weekly feature for the website.

DC vs Marvel…in a Movie?

First up, have you ever wondered what would happen if the DC and Marvel universes collided on screen? Well now you can checkout a trailer for that very thing, published by Screen Rant.

For me, this video shows the passion of the fans for superheroes in general, and not just DC. However, it’s kickass to see the likes of Superman and Thor going at it! The best part of this has to be the part where Captain America says something along the lines of ‘Without the mask who are you?” and the response is of course “I’m Batman”. I seriously recommend you checkout this awesome video!

A Superman TV show, set in the Smallville Universe?

Now, I have to confess…I didn’t watch Smallville when it was on TV, and i’m not the biggest of Superman fans. When Batman kicked his ass in Batman vs Superman, that was the best part of the movie for me. However, this trailer for an imagined Superman show based in the Smallville universe has been put together very cleverly by EL Edits.

Batman faces the Elimination Chamber in WWE against Marvel’s greats!

Yuda Gaming have posted this great little video of some superbly put together CAWs (Create a Wrestler’s for the n00bs here) in the latest XBox and Playstation Ring Rumbler, WWE 2K19. Here Batman takes on the likes of Deadpool, Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk in the squared circle. Check it out, and if you want the CAW’s for WWE 2K19, hit up Yuda Gaming and hopefully he’ll help you out on that one!

Crisis on Earth One: Cease and Desist

You may remember me writing a few months ago about the progress of a game being developed by Tecosaurus, set in the Arrowverse called ‘Crisis on Earth One’. Unfortunately just as the game was on it’s final update before release, the game recieved a Cease and Desist order from Warner Bros, meaning that it can no longer be released, even as freeware. However, do still checkout the videos on this one, he game would have been awesome and i’d been looking forward to playing it for at least 2 years.

That’s all for this week’s ‘Fan Made’. If you are a creator, or know someone who has created some awesome DC Content hit me up on adam@dcworld.org.uk or on Twitter at @AdamCarrWeb to get featured in a future Fan Made.
