Written by: Sarah Peters

Directed by: Brandon McKinney

Starring: Kaley Cuoco, Lake Bell, Alan Tudyk, Ron Funches, J.B. Smoove, Jason Alexander, Tony Hale, Matt Oberg, Diedrich Bader, Christopher Meloni

Synopsis: “Harley and Ivy team up with Catwoman to steal and artifact from a museum that’s been booby trapped by none other than Dr. Trap. Meanwhile Dr. Psycho (Tony Hale) tries to prove himself as a leader, which riddler exploits as an opportunity to escape.”

Following on from last week Harley continues her battle against the In-Justice League. In ‘Trapped’ she takes the battle to Bane Town. This weeks episode sees some increased screen time for one of my favourite characters, Kite Man voiced perfectly by Matt Oberg. The character brings so much innocent humour to the show with his unquestionable love for Ivy. Matt Oberg’s tone and charm as Kite Man is a huge part of why he makes me laugh so much and was my MVP this week.

‘Trapped’ was an episode with many messages. There was themes around friendship, love, over coming your fears and moving on. Ivy almost takes centre stage as she battles her current life she has with kite Man vs her old life, free and single like Catwoman. Harley actually provides the voice of reason with a couple of very heartwarming moments between her and Ivy.

Dr. Psycho, King Shark, Clay Face, Frank and Sy stayed at home with a simple task of watching Riddler. As with most tasks they are set, the group manage to make a mess out of this. With Dr. Psycho contemplating his position as a leader it makes me wonder if he will look to move away from the group. Only time will tell on that but the dynamics between this group provide too many laughs to lose. I hope they keep the gang together.
