Well I’m back home in the UK and here is the first of many articles on my experience at Ace Comic Con. Henry Cavill aka Superman himself was there with the rest of the Justice league, apart from Ben Affleck and for the weekend Henry had set up a scavenger hunt. He had spoke to big comic book artists like Jim Lee and others who he had commissioned 30 Art pieces of Superman. He hid these at secret locations around the area inside and out and on his instagram he posted clues at random times to where they were. You then had to be the first person to get to that location and say a phrase or answer a question and on being the winner you got to keep the Art plus were further instruction. You then had to go find Henrys team at another part of the venue and show the Art you found and they then gave you an Epic Superman Coin, these were specially minted for this event and I believe only 30 again were available. Then as a brilliant ending you were also invited with a guest to a private Q&A with Henry on the Sunday night after the event ended.
This was very special as I had the Jim Lee art pictured below and Erin who is part of the DC World team and who I met at the event also was a lucky finder too. Below is a few of the questions filmed of Henry answering and also mine is there too. After the session we were allowed to have a final picture on the stage with Henry and the team emailed it to us plus we could use our phones too.
